The powdered form of sea moss makes it easier to make Sea Moss Gel and adding Sea Moss to Smoothies and Recipes. We use powdered Sea Moss to Top Dress our plants and to spice up our tea brews.

Sea Moss, besides being loaded with protein and minerals, is also high in Calcium and Phosphorus which make it a perfect late veg and early flower soil additive. It contains a 2:1 ratio of Phosphorus to Potassium.

SUGGESTED USE:

Directions for Plants: We top dress 1 tbsp of ground or powdered Sea Moss per 10 gallons of soil weekly from late veg to week 3 of flower.

Directions for People: We consume 1 tbsp of powdered Sea Moss per day. Sea Moss can be added to smoothies or be turned into a gel for consuming, face masks and topical applications.
