BY PURCHASING THIS COMPETITION TICKET, YOU MUST AGREE TO JOIN THE PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP ASSOCIATION AND SIGN/NOTARIZE THE AFFIDAVIT STATING ALL ENTRIES ARE GROWN AND PROCESSED ORGANICALLY.

Download Organic Cup Affidavit, completely fill out in front of a notary and sign and date.
An Organic Cup Representative will email you regarding your exact number entries and categories.
Each entry comes with two General Admission tickets. We will need the first and last names of each guest.
Entries are due the week before the Competition. Samples will be collected in Flint, Michigan
