Welcome to GGG NATURAL (also referred to as “GGG NATURAL Apothecary,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Gage Green Group. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at gggnatural.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products offered through the Site.

By accessing the Site, browsing our catalog, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

2. Products & Usage

GGG NATURAL offers herbal extracts, powders, minerals, whole herbs, and pre-blended formulas for nutritional and herbal wellness purposes. Our products are:

• For nutritional and herbal use only. Our products are not medicines, drugs, or pharmaceutical preparations. They are plant-based nutritional products intended to support general wellness.
• Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. No product or information on this Site has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.
• Not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have any health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any of our products.

You acknowledge that any information provided on the Site is for educational and informational purposes only and is not medical advice. 3. Eligibility

By placing an order on the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including if we believe a user is not complying with these Terms or applicable law.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order through the Site, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all required fields, including your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details.

Payment. Full payment is due at the time of order. We accept payment through Authorize.Net, a PCI-compliant payment gateway. Your payment information is transmitted securely and processed by Authorize.Net. GGG NATURAL does not store your full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers.

Order Confirmation. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, or stock unavailability.

Pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Security.To help protect our checkout process from automated abuse, we use hCaptcha on our checkout page. Your interactions with the hCaptcha widget are governed by hCaptcha’s privacy policy and terms of service.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Fulfillment.Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high volume, fulfillment may take additional time. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Carriers. Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing for international orders.

Risk of Loss. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from GGG NATURAL pass to you upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage (photographs) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a claim.

Incorrect Address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

6. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

• Return Window. You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition. Products must be returned in their original packaging, at least 75% full by weight, and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product has been contaminated, improperly stored, or shows signs of excessive use.
• Refund Amount. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and equal the purchase price of the returned product(s), minus any shipping charges. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defect in product).
• Return Shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Custom Formulations & Blends

Products created through our custom formulation builder — where a customer selects their own unique blend of herbs — are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the bespoke nature of these products and hygiene considerations, all sales of custom formulations are final. Please take care when designing your custom blend, and contact us with any questions before placing your order.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us at info@gggnatural.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Please do not send products back without prior authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GGG NATURAL and its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any products purchased through the Site;
• Any adverse reaction, allergic response, or health effect resulting from the use of our herbal products;
• Any statements, claims, or content on the Site, including educational or informational material;
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing.

You acknowledge that herbal and nutritional products are used at your own discretion and risk. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, effectiveness, or results of any product for your specific needs or condition. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, herbal formulations, photographs, video, audio, and software, is the property of GGG NATURAL or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Trade Dress & Branding. The GGG NATURAL name, logo, taglines, product packaging, trade dress, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of GGG NATURAL / Gage Green Group. You may not use any of these without our prior written permission.

Formula Compositions. The specific compositions, ratios, and formulations of our products are proprietary trade secrets of GGG NATURAL. You agree not to reverse-engineer, reproduce, or replicate our formulations for commercial purposes.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our express written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
