Gameday
Sharp, sustained energy and focus when it counts — no stimulant crash.
Gameday is for the hour before it matters. Competition, a test, a performance, the session you have been building toward — the moment where you need the body available and the mind clear at the same time, and where the usual answer is a large coffee and a hope.
This is the alternative. It is built around the two qualities that have to arrive together on a competition day and usually do not: energy that is sharp without being jittery, and focus that is quick without being narrow. The adaptogens here are the ones traditionally reached for under acute demand rather than for long-term building — plants that support the stress response as it is happening, not merely the reserve behind it.
Take it thirty to sixty minutes ahead. The intent is an even line rather than a spike: present when you call on it, and no cliff on the other side of the event.
What it supports in the body
The body systems the herbs in this formula are traditionally understood to nourish — resolved through our knowledge graph, where the classical record and modern biology are read together. Structure and function, never a claim of treatment.
Where measure & tradition agree
Systems this blend’s herbs are measured to engage in human binding data — and traditionally named for, independently. The number is how many herbs in the blend converge there. Two evidence systems arriving at the same place, separately, is our highest standard. See the research →
For People
Small-batch. Dual-extracted where it matters. Made by hand.
How to take it
1/4 tsp (up to 1 tsp) of extract powder in hot water, tea, coffee, a smoothie, or food, once daily. Begin with light doses — our extracts are very potent.
Whole plant, never isolated
Concentrated extracts of the whole botanical — the way the body recognizes it.
Cited to measured biology
Every action we describe traces to the compound and its measured target.
Structure & function
We describe what an herb nourishes — never a claim to treat disease.

What you get
What this formula gives you
Supports clean, sustained energy in the window before a demanding effort
Supports focus and reaction without the narrowing of a stimulant
Nourishes the acute stress response as it happens, not only the reserve behind it
No crash on the far side of the event

How it works
The science of Gameday
Not buzzwords — the actual biology of the plants in this formula: their compounds, the targets those compounds are measured to engage, and the systems they nourish.
Rhodiola rosea is the acute adaptogen of this blend, carrying salidroside, tyrosol and rosavin — the chemistry of the high-altitude root traditionally used where demand arrives suddenly and performance has to hold. Cordyceps militaris supplies the energy-and-oxygen half through cordycepin and adenosine, molecules native to the body's own ATP signaling. Together they address the two halves of a competition day: the stress that has to be metabolized, and the oxygen that has to reach working tissue.
The clarity side is carried by Hericium erinaceus and Schisandra chinensis. Lion's Mane contributes the hericenones, the compound family that has made it the mushroom associated with cognitive support; schisandra brings the schisandrin lignans and is the five-flavor berry traditionally credited with mental endurance and stress resilience. Their shared measured target in our data is TDP1, a DNA-repair enzyme. As with any blend composed for complementary action, the convergence is narrow by design — these four plants are here to cover different ground on the same afternoon.
The molecules, measured
A formula is a community of compounds. Below are active molecules from the herbs in this blend and the proteins each is measured to engage — the precise points where the plants meet biology. So you see not just that it works, but how.

Everything we publish about these plants traces to a primary source — the compounds to PubChem, ChEMBL, and BindingDB, the traditional uses to named, dated herbals. We describe what a plant is and what it is understood to nourish — the body’s own systems, structure and function only. We do not claim it treats, cures, or prevents any disease, and nothing here is a substitute for professional care. See our method & sources →
